Although we have an extensive menu and can even prepare you dishes not on the menu, we are well known for our Flavours of India Balti Specialities and our Signature Dishes are very popular:
- Bird's Eye Peri Peri - Chicken Tikka cooked in hot Peri Peri sauce and dried red chillies.
- Fish Chaman - Fillet of fish pan fried and served on spicy Bhuna Prawns (includes rice)
- Deedar - Chicken off the bone cooked in a delicious spicy sauce made from soya sauce and hot chilli sauce
- Supreme - Chicken Tikka cooked with honey and dried apricots

THE BALTI SPECIALISTS
Our Balti dishes are made to our own medium hot and spicy recipe - our chef makes his own special balti paste. Our baltis our served with a complimentary Nan Bread.
A balti is a metal 'wok' and the term became very popular in the eighties in Birmingham.
Balti is thought to originate from Baltistan in Northern Pakistan, which borders China (hence the wok connection).
